Eric Adams 10.5 lb Keys Bonefish

Our good friend and Florida Keys Captian Ted Christie invited me down for a week of great flats fishing. Our Primary target was the elusive Permit. Three of the 5 days were dedicated to these occasional flats dwellers with one exceptional day where Ted put me on 15 different fish. We almost had it a few times (man those buggers have huge eyes).  I wish I had a few of those shots back again but there’s always next year. We did manage to boat a few bonefish, including this 10.5 lb’er which is always worth the trip all by itself. Thanks Ted for another great trip. We’ll see you in March of 2010 for another round.

If you’d like to go fishing with Capt. Ted I highly recommend it.  Did I mention that he recently guided a client to a world record Bonefish?  Check out our post on that one.
